TECH/SUPPORT ROLE - SEASONAL
About Us: GPM Sports Group is a product-driven sales agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to the independent bicycle dealers of New England.
Role Overview: We are currently seeking candidates for a seasonal Technical Support Role. Are you detail-oriented and passionate about bikes? Do you enjoy engaging with others and have experience working in the bike industry? Are you interested in working with the world’s best cycling brands? If you’re an IBD employee looking to enhance and supplement your current role, this position is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and education to bike shops for all GPM Brands.
Act as a liaison between our agency and bicycle dealers, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Qualifications/Non-negotiables:
Detail-oriented with a strong passion for cycling.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
Experience working in the bike industry.
Steady and ongoing employment at an IBD.
Two days/week availability.
Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
